FREQUENTLY USED IN “FRENCH”-STYLE VIA FERRATA ROUTES.

This anchor is created in rounded and smooth stainless steel AISI 304 Ø16 mm rebar and has been shaped to allow horizontal or diagonal placements with a high level of safety during use.

This anchor is sold without u-clamp, clamp and self-locking nuts.

At the end there's an "open" eye with a very rounded spiral that easily allows the introduction of the safety rope that the Alpine Guide can use in accompanying the customer.

When the client reaches the anchor, the rope can be easily removed from the open eyebolt.

The shank has a deep diamond-pattern knurl of 120 mm and must be sheathed in the hole for all the length of 160 mm

The hole must be drilled using a Ø18 mm bit.

The surface of the anchor is finished in a slightly opaque grey for a reduced environmental and visual impact.
