New Multi Monti made of hardened steel with high corrosion resistance ZnNi treatment.

Replaces the previous at. 502, no longer in production.

This special type of screw is highly recommended in the preparation of fixed anchors in caving and canyoning, and in all cases where the appearance of corrosion resistance is very important.

In practice, this screw, due to its great resistance to corrosion, can in many cases replace the use of stainless steel anchors.

The 13 mm hex key is required for screwing.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

MULTI-MONTI anchors are produced by the German company HECO SCHRAUBEN KG & Co. and are patented.

This is an innovative self-tapping screw with excellent resistance and application characteristics.

The first part of the Multi-Monti thread is characterized by the presence of a serration/toothing.

During the screwing phase, the material is milled creating the seat for the rest of the screw.

Unlike traditional expansion plugs, the Multi-Monti installation takes place without creating tensions that could split the material.

Unlike mechanical or chemical anchors, which by their very nature are permanent, Multi-Monti blocks can be easily unscrewed and reused several times.

Care will be taken to choose solid, compact and massive areas of attack.

This operation is recommended for no more than three times in the common rock and only once if it is granite.
