The stainless steel makes it particularly suitable for harsh environments such as marine and coastal areas.

Metal core composed of 133 strands in right-hand lay.

This cable is suitable for equipping complicated via ferrata and protected paths as it is relatively easy to bend, shape into loops and fit into thimbles.

The 12 mm diameter of this cable has been confirmed as a suitable measurement for via ferrata routes as the breakage load is able to resist the very high forces applied by the build-up of snow on slopes.
