All items are in A316L stainless steel
This bolt shares the characteristics with art. 122 and is made of AISI 316L, but is 22mm longer (M8x100).
Recommended for hard compact rock with an inconsistent and soft surface (an unfortunately common situation).
Do not use on soft rocks (such as sandstone) or too hard (such as quartzite, granite).
In the M8 bolts, the classic nut and washer have been replaced with a single M8 flanged nut thus negating the laborious use of the small and easily-lost washer.
This allows the plate to be well tightened on a larger surface area.
In addition this almost eliminates the natural loosening of the nut.
The material used in the majority of our anchors is now stainless steel AISI 316L, which offers a higher resistance to marine corrosion than the former AISI 304.
To highlight this change each article is stamped with the relevant symbols.
However, certain bolts have not been branded as once in place, the symbols would be invisible.
Instead, a small circular collar has been added (see photo below) to mark the difference between the two metals.
This allows verification of the type of bolt used at any time.
