New Connector in stainless steel, which replaces the art. Ring Safety 13 – art. 534.
Ideal for setting up fixed weapons outdoors and intended for climbing, caving, canyoning and mountaineering.
The bezel opens 15 mm; the new shaping of the carabiner allows the sleeve to remain stationary in the open position when inserting the double rope, greatly facilitating the operation. Once the ferrule is closed, the rope cannot come out accidentally under any circumstances.
New design with softer shape, without sharp edges. It allows the preparation of anchors and belays and protects the user against falls from height.
Warning: the position bar is supplied separately. The placement of the carabiner will be greatly facilitated and it will be enough to fix the position bar with a hammer blow.
• Class III personal protective equipment (PPE), useful for connecting devices to each other.
• The carabiner is entirely made of AISI 316L stainless steel.
• In the upper support area there is a bar, which effectively creates the irremovability of the carabiner from its seat and therefore, at the same time, also prevents it from accidentally tipping over: the connector "works" well and always with the trim right – see attached data sheet.
• Unfortunately, after very intense use, the rope will also have worn out this carabiner (nothing lasts forever!).
• With large pliers it is possible to work on the rod (which is welded on one side only...) and bend it sufficiently until it is possible to remove the snap hook from its seat and replace it with a new one by carrying out all the operations described in the reverse.
